XPM78-02 Vanguard has splashed!

On March 29, 2022, the hull of LRC65-02 was turned at the Aluboot yard, a major build milestone after six months of welding.

Habbeke shipyard will be building the tender for XPM78-02 Vanguard. The tender will be driven by a Yanmar engine via a Castoldi waterjet.

2022, Hindeloopen (NL) — In January the build of LRC65-01 started.

2021, Antalya (TK) — The build of XPM85-01 (see navalyachts.com) started at Naval Yachts. The vessel will get a vast solar array and twin Scania 250HP engines with CPP propulsion.

2021, Auckland (NZ) — In July Dennis designed a new tender for LRC58-01 Koti.

2021, Antalya (TK) — The XPM78 Vanguard is the second in a series of builds to a 78-foot design by Artnautica. Built to UK MCA Category 0 (Unrestricted) standard, she is capable of safe, long-range operation worldwide under most sea and weather conditions.Vanguard is built to commercial standards including full redundancy of mission-critical systems.She is fitted with twin JD 4045 engines and hybrid electric drives backed by a large split LiFePO4 Battery bank.  Power storage is sufficient for about 4 days at anchor without the need to operate diesel generators.Vanguard is in production (May 2021) at Naval Yachts in Antalya, Turkey.

2021, Hindeloopen (NL) — Successful launch of the twin-engine, airconditioned, and gyro stabilised LRC58-05 Aldania by Aluboot. Next on the agenda is systems commissioning and sea trials.
