XPM78
After a long and intensive process of designing the eXtreme PassageMaker XPM78 (derived from LRC78) design saw the light in 2016. The first XPM78 called Mobius (see mobius.world) has been built at Naval Yachts, Antalya, Turkey, and has splashed in February 2021.
The build of XPM78-02 Vanguard started in March 2021 at Naval Yachts. Vanguard is built to commercial standards, including full redundancy of mission-critical systems. She will get a large solar array, twin JD 4045 engines, and hybrid electric drives backed by a large split Lithium battery bank (2 x 60 kW).
XPM85
The XPM85 is a natural follow-up to the XPM78. It presents the owner with more layout options. The engine room is also somewhat more spacious. Detailed specifications of the XPM85-01 can be found here. The XPM85-01 will utilize a vast solar array and twin Scania 250HP engines with CPP propulsion.
